HTTP Proxy Settings Plugin

X-Parrots HTTP Proxy Settings Plugin 0.1.0

Description

This plugin provides a HTTP Proxy Settings preferences page to the Eclipse Workbench.  The motivation behind this plugin is to make it easier to get through a proxy server with your Eclipse workbench.  This more and more necessary since many plugins make URL connections to the internet and don't care about the proxy settings.  This plugin uses the SUN Java VM specific System properties to configure the proxy.
