X-Parrots ServletExecDebugger Plugin 2.0.2

Description

Contains a launcher to test servlets with the ServletExec Debugger. ServletExec is a servlet engine from NewAtlanta. Versions 3.1 and 4.1 are supported.

Prerequisites

• ServletExex Debugger 3.1 or 4.1 installation. You can get the ServletExecDebugger from NewAtlanta.
• Eclipse 2 installation
  

Installation

• extract the zip file into the plugin directory of your eclipse installation
• Use the X-Parrots Eclipse Install/Update site (preferred way) or
  
• extract the zip file into the plugin directory of your eclipse installation

Configuration

• open the Eclipse perferences.
• select the ServletExecDebugger preferences page
• enter the path to the ServletExecDebugger.jar (e.g. c:/servletexecdebugger31/ServletExecDebugger.jar)
• do additional configurations
  

How to use

To run or debug using the ServletExecDebugger

• create a new launch ServletExecDebugger configuration 
• configure it
• you do not have to add the ServletExecDebugger.jar to your classpath.
